Is it March already?? The weeks fly by as my long work hours barrel on every week, as Liisa’s ovens crank out delicious goodies every weekend, and as our kids continue to outgrow their clothes. We barely have time to look at the clock! How do I even have time to punch out a blog post today? Well, I’m sitting at a laundromat waiting for a large comforter to get cleaned because it’s too big for our own dryer. What better thing to do than to pencil in a post for our blog that has lain dormant for two months.
In more exciting news, we heard back that our renewed adoption paperwork has been reviewed and approved by the Philippines! But wait—didn’t that already happen? You see, that’s the funny thing about paperwork: you have to update it every year. Click the link below if you’d like to read our latest adoption update:

Today is a bright and sunny day, with a forecasted high of 36 degrees and a low of 20. Now I sound like Google or Alexa. It’s good to see Spring on the horizon. This morning, birds were flying through the neighborhood, which is usually an indication that snow will start disappearing as the frozen dirt around us will transform into muddy playgrounds. I’m a warm weather person mostly, so I’m looking forward to summer.
You sound like you’re rambling. I am. It’s a good day! Maybe you can look around you, take in the season, and enjoy where you are too. Have a great rest of your weekend and don’t forget to take in some sun (although you probably still need a coat for now).
